Most top-ups are delivered automatically within a minute. Products marked “Fast Delivery” are processed by our team, usually within 5–30 minutes.
Contact support immediately with your Order ID. If the top-up hasn’t been processed yet we can cancel it; delivered top-ups cannot be reversed.
